2. Purpose
This website presents the digital marketing services of Avar Marketing Systems (branding, web development, e-commerce, SEO, online advertising, social media, content, analytics, automation and consulting) and lets interested people contact us or request a proposal.
Access to the website is free and requires no registration. By using it you accept this legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
3. Indicative prices and proposals
The prices shown on the website and the amounts calculated by the configurator are indicative estimates, excluding taxes, and do not constitute a binding offer. Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads or others) is not included in management fees.
The final price is set in a personalised proposal, after a call and a detailed analysis of the project. Each client relationship is governed by the terms of that proposal or of the contract signed.
4. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully, without harming its operation or the rights of others, and to provide accurate information in the forms. We may change, suspend or remove any content of the website without prior notice.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, code, logos and the Avar Marketing Systems brand belong to AVAR MARKETING SYSTEMS, SLU or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written permission.
The names, brands and screenshots of client projects belong to their respective owners and are shown only as examples of work carried out.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or for the content of third-party sites we link to, which have their own terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Andorra, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
